Our goal with the messaging was to uncover whether they were dealing with this pain point: Are you spending your time running the sales team, and if not, who is?
Through a collaborative feedback loop, Uptown’s Customer Success team worked closely with OBS to consistently refine campaign targeting and messaging to ensure expectations were met.
Together we uncovered additional locations to target for more opportunities, and we continue to tweak our approach to keep up with OBS’s growth.
